The purpose of the Ultraman USB Computer Companion is to, uh — I’m not quite sure in all honesty! The official description is “Ultraman ideal companion for your computer, he’ll will move at random, react at your voice and sound”. So i guess you could describe this as a fanboy themed entertainment peripheral for your computer.
