A Look at Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man, the Animated Series
Fans of Marvel’s animated universe are getting ready for next month’s premiere of Ultimate Spider-Man — well, most of them any way. Some are still wondering what happened to Marvel’s The Spectacular Spider-Man which ended its run after two seasons, despite being well received by fans and critics alike.
To be honest, I haven’t been following these animated series as closely as the comics themselves, but between this trailer, and the few episodes of The Spectacular Spider-Man I managed to catch in my spare time, Ultimate Spider-Man might be a step in the right direction. Oh, that, and it might be the closest you’ll ever get to a Heroes for Hire animated series. Ultimate Spider-Man premieres April 1st on Disney XD.
