Mod Puts 18 Videogame Consoles In One Box

Project Unity

Do you own a bunch of retro videogame consoles but can’t decide which to hook up to your TV? Why not plug them all in? That’s what the modder Bacteria decided to do, putting 15 consoles with the ability to play 18 consoles worth of games inside of a single box. He hid away the memory cards and made a franken-controller that uses overlays and modded NES cartridges to add specific functionality.

This would be pretty convenient to have, though in my mind I’d always prefer to have the original controller. The box could use some better aesthetics, but it is pretty compact in terms of space, so that makes sense. Honestly, the only thing I would change besides surface-level stuff is to incorporate a Wii in there instead of a Gamecube, but there’s probably a technical reason for it.
