Watch The Beautiful Graphics Of ‘Child Of Light’

Any experienced gamer knows that videogame graphics aren’t as important as gameplay, no matter how good they are. And yet, I think there’s a place for graphic-heavy games. Sometimes I’ll play a game just to absorb the art, or to listen to the music, or to find out where the story goes, and I think that’s alright. So even if Child of Light didn’t look to be a fun JRPG (from Ubisoft, not a Japanese studio), I’d likely still play it for the gorgeous artwork that looks like they painted watercolors into the game. Watch this trailer and just absorb the detailed backgrounds before the game comes out on April 30.
