JJ Abrams can’t put a cap on everything, and little things about Star Wars: Episode VII are leaking out here and there. The most solid leak recently was concept art, and then a photo, of the new Stormtrooper helmet design. These definitely look a bit more modern, but given that this is set 30 years after the last films, that makes a bit more sense. The other, less verifiable rumor, is about the villains of Episode VII: according to the Latino Review, the Inquisitors are indeed the villains, and have been around for a long time. The biggest spoiler of all I’ll include below the break.

So, LR claims that Carrie Fisher’s daughter (Billie Lourd, who was rumored to be cast a while back) would be playing a young Princess Leia in a first-ever flashback. It would show Darth Vader commanding the Inquisitors and demonstrating their ability to wipe out the Jedi. Badass Digest corroborates this and also adds that the recent picture shared by JJ Abrams of the robotic hand holding the charity thank-you note is actually the lead Inquisitor’s hand. They describe him as wearing “a black robe. His eyes are deep red. And half of his face is metal. He’s a cyborg.” BD also mentions that the name “Inquisitor” is not being used on set, so a different name could be used in the final film.
